Cookies and Tracking Technologies

  • Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us analyze site traffic and improve our services.

Use of Google reCAPTCHA (v3)

We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect our website forms from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA analyzes interactions on our site to distinguish real users from automated software. In doing so, the service may collect device and application data (such as IP address, browser/OS details, and cookies) and transmit this information to Google for security analysis. The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We use reCAPTCHA solely to maintain the security and integrity of our services and not for advertising.

Chat and Messaging Tools

To handle inquiries efficiently, we use third-party communication tools (such as a website chat widget and, where applicable, WhatsApp Business). When you contact us through these channels, we may collect your name, contact details, and the content of your message. These messages may be processed and stored by our service providers to help us respond, manage enrollments, and improve support quality. We do not sell this information. If you prefer not to use these tools, you can always reach us by email or phone.

Procare Communication App

We use the Procare app as our primary communication tool for program-related updates and messaging. When you use Procare, the app may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, your child’s name, attendance and program details, message content, and preferences. Procare may also process technical data (e.g., device identifiers, logs) to operate the service securely.
Data submitted through Procare is processed and stored by Procare (and its sub-processors) in accordance with their own privacy practices. We use this information only to manage enrollment, daily communication, attendance, billing (if applicable), and child safety. For details, please review Procare’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

If you prefer not to use Procare: Please contact us at info@cherrytreekidscentre.com so we can arrange an alternative communication method where reasonable. Note that Procare remains our default and fastest channel for time-sensitive notices.
